Cycle Sanctuary: Womb Meditation + Restorative Yoga For Relief
This intimate workshop is for women who feel disconnected from their feminine, are navigating pain or discomfort with their menstrual cycle, or are healing from past trauma. Whether you’re struggling with irregular periods, painful cramps, low libido, painful sex, or simply want to create a deeper connection with your womb, this healing space is for you.
Through a carefully crafted combination of womb-centered meditation and restorative yoga, this workshop will gently guide you back into a place of balance and peace. Womb healing meditation will help you reconnect with your body, releasing stored tension and trauma, while the restorative yoga poses will offer deep relaxation, pain relief, and a sense of comfort.
In this sacred space, you will experience the power of sisterhood as we share and support one another’s journeys. You’ll also receive an herbal blend to take home—perfect for yoni steaming or brewing into a soothing tea—to continue the healing process on your own.

From the ancient yoga tradition, we embrace Yoga Nidra as the process of moving into pure consciousness. Yoga Nidra explores the liminal space between waking and sleeping. The art of Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep is a portal to a divine conscious state of being that is deeply relaxing peeling away layers of stress. While still awake, the subtle body releases into a place of conscious awareness that reveals our luminous spirit. This guided meditation practice is deeply healing using the transformative energy of your own body, mind and spirit within the beautiful, peaceful Ocean Bliss Yoga Studio.

RESTORATIVE YOGA WITH REIKI + ESSENTIAL OILS
Join Helen for a class of deep relaxation and letting go. Ease your body and mind as Helen guides you into different forms using props to allow for profound openings and stimulation of energy lines. This practice is intentionally designed to bring you into a deep, centered, and relaxed state. Resting the body in different forms allows the mind to soften and the heart to expand open. Essential oils and reiki will be offered as optional additions to help the body in this process of release and restoration. The practice of restorative yoga is healing to body and mind.
