From the ancient yoga tradition, we embrace yoga nidra as the process of moving into pure consciousness. Yoga nidra explores the liminal space between waking and sleeping. The art of yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a portal to a divine conscious state of being that is deeply relaxing peeling away layers of stress. While still awake, the subtle body releases into a place of conscious awareness that reveals our luminous spirit. This guided meditation practice is deeply healing using the transformative energy of your own body, mind and spirit within the beautiful, peaceful Ocean Bliss Yoga Studio.

Join Helen for a class of deep relaxation and letting go. Ease your body and mind as Helen guides you into different forms using props to allow for profound openings and stimulation of energy lines. This practice is intentionally designed to bring you into a deep, centered, and relaxed state. Resting the body in different forms allows the mind to soften and the heart to expand open. Reiki and essential oils will be offered as optional additions to help the body in this process of release and restoration.
